What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide client support via chat and email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues

Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email

Assist clients with account inquiries, service questions, programs/promotions, and technical issues

Transition between communication channels as needed to enhance customer experience

Foster relationships with clients, colleagues, and non-profit partners

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts

Exceptional phone, chat, and email communication skills

Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to client issues

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Experience in a customer service role preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in a remote customer service position

Familiarity with technical support processes and tools

Ability to engage with clients in a proactive manner

Experience working with diverse client groups

Knowledge of service programs and promotions
