Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. Perform cost analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking. Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and variance analysis. Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports, including KPIs, progress curves, and cost/schedule trends. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project plans, actuals, and forecasts. Manage change control processes, tracking changes and evaluating schedule and cost impacts. Support project risk reviews and contingency planning. Ensure compliance with internal and client project control standards and procedures. Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant project controls experience in capital projects (infrastructure, power, or heavy industrial sectors preferred). Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel; experience with cost systems (e.g., EcoSys, Prism) is an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Understanding of EVM and project performance metrics. PMP, AACEI (CCP, PSP), or equivalent certification is a plus.
