Marketing And Business Development Coordinator
Seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to work for a great law firm. You will play a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. This position involves overseeing critical marketing systems, contributing to campaign execution, and supporting digital and content-based marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, managing user access, generating reports, and maintaining segmented mailing lists.
Provide support for CRM-related training sessions and onboarding.
Assist in deploying digital marketing campaigns using tools like Concept and similar platforms.
Help manage and update the firm’s website, social media profiles, and blogs.
Support the development and editing of various marketing materials and proposals.
Collaborate with other members of the marketing and business development team on special projects and day-to-day tasks as needed.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Exhibit clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities.
Show initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Manage deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced professional environment.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing or business development; experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
Must live in NJ
