Job Title: Parts Manager
Location: Auburn, MA

Responsibilities
Manage and organize the daily operations of the parts department.
Maintain an efficient inventory system and minimize excess stock while ensuring that parts are available for service and repair.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best pricing and availability.
Collaborate with service managers and technicians to forecast demand and place timely orders.
Develop strategies to increase parts sales and improve profitability.
Ensure outstanding customer service by assisting and resolving parts-related inquiries from customers and staff.
Supervise and provide training to parts department staff.
Monitor parts department performance and implement improvements as needed.
Prepare and manage the parts department budget.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts inventory management systems.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in computer applications including inventory management software.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive technology or business management is a plus.
