Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
Role As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities include:
Creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
Cooking and preparing Panda favorites.
Developing yourself and others with a diverse skill set.

Some high school education
Operational experience preferred
Food safety certification (may be acquired at own expense)
Work Environment & ADA Statement Employees must work in hot, noisy kitchens, often standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and adaptability are required.
