Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
Role As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will:
Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
Prepare Panda favorites for guests.
Develop diverse skills to grow personally and professionally.

Some high school education
Preferred experience in operations
Food safety certification (may be acquired at own expense)
Work Environment & ADA Statement Employees must work in hot, noisy environments, often standing for long periods, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. They should be able to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment, communicate effectively, and handle conflicts professionally.
