The Quality Review Specialist Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Quality Review Specialists team, which provides oversight and technical assistance for all aspects of case management to include statute, administrative code, CFOP and CNHC Policies. The Supervisor will help to develop tools, track trends and develop plans to resolve areas performing below standard. The Supervisor also participates in the Children and Families Service Review (CFSR) process and must have a broad understanding of how to reconcile statute, code and policies into practice. Responsibilities include drafting reports, providing training and subject matter expertise as well as maintaining collaborative relationships with child welfare organizations and agencies. Monitor specialized areas within the unit and coordinate with the CMO’s to ensure Statute, Code and Policy are followed. Understanding of FSFN Reporting and ability to pull data, interpret and set guidelines for responses and corrections. Establishes, enhances and maintains relationships organizations and other agencies involved with child welfare such as DCF, CMOs, CLS, GAL, schools, clinical professionals, and other community programs Maintain an organized tracking system to account for reviews and timely follow up Participate in ongoing cross-program training, team meetings, and planning Other duties may be assigned as special projects may be required. Provide Subject Matter Expertise to effectively provide technical assistance and remove barriers to compliance. Working Hours
CNHC’s believes in work life balance for all employees. This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm averaging forty (40) hours per week. Working hours may vary based on business needs. Travel
Travel in and outside of Circuit 13 may be required. Training
All employees must complete fifteen (15) hours of on-line or classroom Training on an annual basis. If the employee is a Certified Child Welfare Professional, Training hours must total twenty (20) annually. Supervisory Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work or related human services field; Three (3) or more years of child welfare experience; Full Child Welfare Certification through the Florida Certification Board In depth knowledge of Florida’s official electronic system of record, Florida Safe Family Network (FSFN), Florida Statutes, DCF Operational Procedures, Administrative Rule, and policies Skills And Abilities
Requires strong collaboration with community members, peers, and supervisors, maintaining high organizational, leadership, and communication skills. The individual must be detail-oriented, with excellent networking and interpersonal abilities, including communication, facilitation, collaborative problem-solving, planning, consensus building, and conflict resolution. They should effectively communicate and express ideas with staff and clients, write reports and correspondence, and speak confidently in various settings, including courtrooms and large groups. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to develop placement and transition plans collaboratively while considering future consequences of decisions. The role also involves analyzing data related to child safety, recognizing risks, and understanding the impact of bonding and attachment during critical developmental periods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer skills, and the ability to research, interpret, and present specialized information are essential, along with strong analytical, organizational, and consensus-building capabilities. Demonstrates strong mathematical skills essential for analyzing data, managing budgets, and optimizing operational efficiency. Proficient in performing financial calculations, interpreting statistical data, and developing forecasts, they support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Their expertise includes working with complex metrics, identifying trends, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure informed operational adjustments. REASONING ABILITY
Must exhibit strong reasoning abilities to analyze complex situations, interpret data, and draw logical conclusions that support organizational goals. This role requires the capacity to think critically and strategically, assess potential risks and benefits, and devise effective solutions to challenges. Additionally, should be able to adapt to changing priorities, foresee the impact of operational decisions, and maintain focus on long-term objectives while addressing immediate needs.
