Job Overview The
Project Engineer I
participates on project teams responsible for design, acquisition, installation and upgrade of critical systems and equipment used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include lower level capital and expense projects, cost reduction, process improvement, cGMP upgrades.
The
Project Engineer II/III
provides pharmaceutical engineering knowledge in facility engineering, manages large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary project teams, and contributes technical direction for complex projects.
Responsibilities
Participate on project teams for design, acquisition, and installation of critical systems and equipment.
Assume responsibility for lower level capital and expense engineering projects involving facility or production equipment, cost reduction, process improvement, cGMP upgrades.
Interpret detailed engineering drawings, specifications, logic diagrams, schematics, verbal and written instructions.
Support engineering facility projects including facility and utility expansion, compliance upgrades, cost reduction, contract manufacturing, process improvements, construction projects.
Contribute knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance to local, state, federal and international regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related Engineering field required.
Pharmaceutical and FDA Regulated Industry experience desired.
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Microsoft Project desired.
3+ years of project management and/or project engineering for Project Engineer II; 7+ years for Project Engineer III.
Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted required.
Working in aseptic areas, confined spaces, prolonged sitting and standing required.

Compensation
Project Engineer I : $81,825 – $120,000 annually.
Project Engineer II : $89,250 – $130,900 annually.
Project Engineer III : $102,075 – $149,700 annually.
Location Spokane, WA – on-site full‑time position.
Shift Weekday Days, Monday-Friday.
