Business Development Representative

Affinity Recruiting is seeking an Outside Business Development Representative (Hybrid-Remote or Fully Remote) based in St. Louis. Ideally candidates will have prior experience in Logistics or Import/Export Freight Forwarding Industry.

Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission

Responsibilities

Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business

Build uncapped territory

Effectively demonstrate product services

Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field

2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success

Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
