Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide assistance as required to support Technical Department with planning/purchasing/repairs of material.

Manage /Prioritize Repairs to support on-going maintenance/conversion schedule.

Coordinate/communicate the status of all material required to support the technical department.

Comparing company's inventory/assets against aircraft maintenance needs.

Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate material is repaired, segregated and ready for consumption during aircraft maintenance and/or conversion events.

Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels to maintain product availability.

Work Order Management in support of all on-going technical projects.

Pentagon SME for the technical department.

Special projects, as needed, included but not limited to:

Financial Assessments.

Vendor Management.

Historical usage reporting.

Education and Experience

High school diploma, bachelor’s preferred.

Strong knowledge of commercial aircraft material.

Knowledge of Aircraft manuals and IPC.

2-4 years of relevant practical experience.

Skills and Abilities

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Multitask and have excellent negotiation skills.

Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with the Pentagon2000 ERP system.
