Description ReturnPro is seeking a team-oriented, driven, and energetic Maintenance & Custodial Team Lead. The department oversees facility repairs and cleanliness.
Maintenance ensures equipment and machinery operate efficiently through regular preventative maintenance and heavy-duty cleaning.
Custodial maintains cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, offices, and breakrooms, including spill cleanup.
The Lead will oversee and assist maintenance and custodial staff with daily tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
Train staff on repair, maintenance, and housekeeping routines.
Communicate goals and ensure safety compliance.
Assist with daily operations and replenish supplies.
Maintain equipment and safety devices, and keep records.
Perform cleaning tasks and organize storage areas.
Report unsafe conditions or repairs needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
Experience with power tools, safety standards, and forklift operation.
Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work weekends/overtime, and perform repetitive tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team of approximately 5 people.
Certification in forklift operation required.
