Michaels Stores . Lead and coach a team of framers, focus on building customer relationships, and create framing solutions for art. Drive sales and assist customers in designing memorable framing options. Major Activities

Assist Store Manager in managing SOPs, company programs, and ensuring compliance with laws; uphold store standards and team accountability. Develop and coach the team’s selling behaviors. Deliver high-quality custom framing solutions timely by planning workload with the Store Manager. Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet their KPIs. Review sales and workload, and plan sales floor networking activities. Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and training of team members; participate in performance management and leadership development. Coordinate with MODs on framing expectations. Interact positively and respectfully with others, promote organizational values, and serve as a role model. Participate in unloading trucks and stocking, ensuring standards and budgets are met. Follow SOPs and ensure a safe environment. Acknowledge customers, assist in locating products, and provide solutions. Support Omni-channel processes. Other Duties As Assigned

Minimum Experience Requirements

Basic computer skills Preferred Experience

Previous custom framing experience Retail management experience Leadership in sales teams Physical Requirements

Bending, lifting, reaching, stretching, standing for long periods. Ability to move throughout the store, lift heavy items, access high shelves with ladders. Work Environment

Retail store setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and shop-specific equipment. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants must meet legal requirements.
