Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results. Develop and coach the team selling behaviors. Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload with the Store Manager. Achieve KPI’s and manage the framing team to meet their KPI’s. Review sales and workload, and plan sales floor activities for networking. Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training new team members; support talent development; participate in performance management. Partner with MODs on framing expectations. Interact respectfully with others; promote a positive image and serve as a role model. Participate in truck unload and stocking processes, ensuring standards are met within budget. Follow SOPs and ensure a safe environment. Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions. Assist with Omni-channel processes. Minimum Experience
Basic computer skills. Preferred Experience
Previous custom framing experience. Retail management experience. Experience leading a sales team. Physical Requirements
Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Ability to move throughout the store. Stand for long periods. Lifting heavy boxes and frames; access high shelves with ladder. Work Environment
Public retail store setting; climate-controlled areas; outdoor work for some tasks; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants must satisfy legal requirements.
