Prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes and preparing rotisserie chicken; wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness. Help members with bakery orders and provide a positive shopping experience. Sweep and maintain the prepared foods area; ensure temperature control, verify expiration dates, and discard lesser‑quality products. Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food. Maintain the Sales Floor in line with company policies: handle claims and returns, zone the area, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply the Open Door Policy in daily work. Complete work assignments by using policies and data, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and customers, and adapting to feedback and change. Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications; collaborate with cross-functional teams; communicate effectively; stay flexible to business needs. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal production; adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manage inventory and equipment. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology for production decisions and training. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; support customers per policy. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and product standards; demonstrate energy and commitment. Minimum Qualifications
