Be an Expert: Understand produce quality specifications, prepare items per standards, maintain safety, and comply with regulations.
Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement.
Be an Owner: Drive area performance, use inventory techniques, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and guide peers.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the department, model high quality service, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, applying them in business processes.
Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers and partners, and recommend improvement opportunities.
