You will sweep us off our feet if: You have a passion for and experience with produce You keep member satisfaction as your top priority You are comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios You’re a curious and creative thinker, driving change through out-of-box thinking You can communicate effectively and positively influence team members You will make an impact by: Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner Maintaining inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products What you’ll do Be a Team Member: Maintain knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for customer service; be flexible to work in other areas; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner. Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage adoption. Be an Owner: Drive performance of the area; use digital tools; manage stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers per policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Represent the department and club by valuing the member experience and modeling high quality service and products; demonstrate energy and commitment. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use Open Door Policy in executing business processes. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; learn from change and feedback.
