Full-time Warehouse and Inventory Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to join our team at Green Ridge Solar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, issuing materials, ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming stock and materials
Pick and fill orders from stock
Process all RMA’s and returned inventory
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
Organize and label inventory effectively
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Collaborate with other departments for timely order fulfillment
Identify and report inventory discrepancies or issues
Operate company vehicles for parts pickup and delivery as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift certification required
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
Work Hours & Benefits: This is a non-exempt, full-time position eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Wages are paid regularly according to company payroll policies.
Salary: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
