Overview Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team, responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
Role As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
Preparing Panda favorites for guests.
Developing diverse skills to grow yourself and your team.

Some high school education
Experience in operations preferred
Food safety certification (local requirements, acquired at own expense)
Work Environment & ADA Statement Employees must work in hot, noisy environments, remain standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
