We are seeking an energized Professional Services Procurement Specialist to join the TikTok U.S. Data Security team! The Professional Services Procurement Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing our professional services spend, driving cost efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality of services are delivered to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select qualified and compliant professional service providers, including staff augmentation, consulting firms, system integrators, research providers, legal services, and managed services providers. Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies to align with business objectives and internal policies. Conduct thorough vendor capability assessments and facilitate compliance assessments. Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate, draft, and review complex contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and other agreement types. Partner with internal Legal team members to drive favorable terms and conditions, including pricing/commercial structure, SLAs, and risk mitigation clauses. Oversee full contract management lifecycle. Ensure compliance with TTUSDS company policies and legal requirements. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors. Monitor vendor performance, manage issues, and implement corrective or risk mitigation actions as needed. Spend Analysis and Optimization: Conduct in-depth spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and buying behavior improvement. Track and report category metrics, including category spend, savings, supplier performance, and compliance. Generate insights to inform decision-making. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks with vendor performance and changes in federal and regional requirements. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in professional services, contingent workforce or managed services procurement/category management, preferably in the tech or consulting industry, or equivalent combined experience. - Strong understanding of professional and contractor services contracts, including SOWs, MS #J-18808-Ljbffr
