Data Entry & Customer Service Representative

GKY Dental Arts Inc. is a small business-owned dental laboratory that places an emphasis on providing thorough and highly personalized dental services and products to clinicians. The products and services we offer are crowns, bridges, metal-free restorations, removables, implants, guided surgeries, and shade matching. We are dedicated to helping smaller dental practices have their needs met through creating and perfecting these products and providing these services. We are seeking candidates to fill one (1) role of Data Entry and Customer Service Representative. The duties for this role consist of the following: Responding to dentists and third-party dental care providers via telephone, electronic, or written inquiries. Providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting issues. Filling and invoicing. Data entry. Communicating with other departments, technicians, and dentists. Acting as a liaison between dentists and technicians. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications and have the following experience: 2+ years of customer service (preferably in a dental office or dental lab setting). 2-5 years of job experience required. Bilingual in Spanish. Prior experience in quality assurance or tech support in a dental lab is preferred.
