Computer Operations Analyst – Regional COSA (25-530) - R10212244 at Northrop Grumman. This role is based at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO and requires on-site presence with no remote work options. Relocation assistance is not available. Position Overview

The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program enables missile defense operations and coordination at strategic, regional, and tactical levels. The selected candidate will join a team reporting to the C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO) and will oversee daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC systems in a 24/7 operational and testing environment. Essential Functions

Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC hardware, software, and networks Document and report events/issues to the CWO and receive tasks and direction from the CCC for operations, tests, and real-world events Assist with hardware and software installations as directed by local subject matter experts; create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO Focus on lab and testing activities Solid background and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software systems Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Performs additional duties and assignments as needed Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 0 years; or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at time of application, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Current, active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) at time of application Must be able to rotate 24/7 shift work and be assigned to a specific shift and either Ops or Training; some substitutions during off-shifts may be required Extensive background in overseeing operations and maintenance of large-scale computer, communication, and networking systems Extensive background in system and network administration: UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, Juniper Preferred Qualifications

Current, active in-scope DoD-issued TS/SCI security clearance at time of application (strongly preferred) Experience and knowledge of C2BMC Systems or Missile Defense Systems What We Can Offer You
