Description: Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client looking for experienced HVAC Techs in Gainesville, FL. To qualify you must have at least 5 years of HVAC experience and must possess EPA Certification and A/C License. Let’s get to work. Direct Hire Opportunity Gainesville, FL Schedule: FT: Monday – Friday (Hours of operation - 7:30AM - 10PM), rotating weekend on call is Friday after 5PM & Saturday (On call one day a week until 10PM & one weekend a month with backup available.), Sundays off. Salary: $25/hr DOE , Bonus opportunities available Please email resumes to Laura Barnhouse - laurabarnhouse@spherion.com RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform new system installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues - Identify and suggest solution for HVAC equipment problems - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems - Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies - Maintain accurate record-keeping of services performed - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - High school or GED - EPA certified - At least 5 - 7 years’ experience with new system installation and troubleshooting service - Knowledge of and comfort working with electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and gas lines - Able to work on residential and light industrial systems - Ability to multitask - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment To Apply: BENEFITS after qualifying period: - PTO - 401(k) Are you ready to start your next career?
