Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client actively looking for a Custodial Floor Tech to maintain all floors and floor coverings at their Gainesville, FL facility. Direct Hire Opportunity! Schedule: Monday - Friday 5pm - 1:30am. Salary: $15.75/hr. Please email resumes to Rose Crane at [emailprotected]. Responsibilities
Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, clean, shampoo, dust and strip and wax floors Clean all entrances, entrance walks, steps and patios Spot clean and clean all exterior and interior glass surfaces Clean ceiling lights and blinds Empty and clean all waste cans, trashcans, recycle bins, water fountains and doormats Provide excellent customer service Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Prior commercial custodial experience preferred No Degree Required 0-1 years’ experience High School Diploma or GED preferred 2+ years' experience in custodial work Valid driver's license To Apply
