A retail beauty/cosmetics brand is seeking an organized, proactive
Operations & Supply Chain Logistics Manager
to oversee end-to-end
order, inventory, and logistics management . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and ensures every order moves seamlessly from purchase to delivery.
What You’ll Do Order Management
Oversee the full order cycle, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, in full (OTIF).
Manage EDI order processing and partner with 3PLs to handle fulfillment and Amazon FBA shipments.
Coordinate onboarding and compliance for new customers and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory across warehouses and manufacturing partners.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and monitor WIP and finished goods levels.
Track material usage and manage replenishment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Warehouse & Logistics
Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, negotiate carrier contracts, and optimize freight cost and performance.
Partner with logistics providers to ensure timely communication and transparent delivery tracking.
Establish and maintain compliant shipping schedules and warehouse procedures.
Who You Are You have strong operational instincts, excellent follow-through, and the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking. You’re comfortable managing multiple moving parts — from ERP updates and 3PL coordination to process improvement and logistics planning.
