Overview We’re looking for a forward-thinking and customer-obsessed leader to join Walmart’s Food eCommerce team as Senior Manager, Omni Experiences. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of Walmart’s Meal Solutions strategy — making it easier for millions of families to plan, shop, and cook meals they love. You’ll drive the design, deployment, and activation of seamless omni-channel experiences that connect our digital inspiration with in-store convenience.
You’ll play a key role in advancing Walmart’s long-term vision for meal planning, leading cross‑functional efforts that bring together merchants, product, and marketing partners.
What You'll Do
Lead key initiatives within Walmart’s Meal Solutions strategy, connecting how customers discover, plan, and shop for food across digital and physical experiences.
Drive alignment across Food SBU leadership, Product, Tech, and Marketing to identify and prioritize omni‑channel opportunities that enhance customer meal journeys.
Own tangible experiences, like Walmart's Recipe Hub, end to end by defining the vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring they inspire customers while seamlessly integrating with shopping and fulfillment experiences.
Develop comprehensive business cases and roadmaps that quantify customer, financial, and operational impact across the Meal Solutions portfolio.
Build and present investment narratives and ROI models to secure leadership alignment on omni capabilities and innovation priorities.
Partner with Product and Tech to enable scalable platform capabilities and operational readiness.
Collaborate with Design, Insights, and Store Operations to validate and launch omni experiences that connect meal inspiration to real‑world purchase behaviors.
Establish standardized frameworks and playbooks that enable repeatable success across the Omni Experiences team.
Stay agile and adaptable — supporting emerging priorities that will define the future of how customers plan and shop for food at Walmart.

Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in eCommerce, omni‑channel operations, go‑to‑market strategy, or program management.
Proven ability to design and scale omni platform capabilities with measurable customer and financial impact.
Strong experience building business cases, prioritization frameworks, and investment playbooks.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consumer services industry, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in consumer services industry, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Contracts Negotiation, Cross‑functional project management, experience in retail operations or retail management, Forecasting, financial services planning, market analytics, or related field, Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, Microsoft Office Suite, Supervisory experience
