Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead Responsibilities

Responsible for QA tasks including scripting and test execution Designs and maintains automation frameworks Maintains data quality and performs data governance Leads integration efforts across platforms Plans and coordinates test execution across verticals and teams Participates in defect triage and prioritization meetings Understands business use cases and develops relevant test scenarios Actively involved in sprint planning, scrum calls, and agile deliveries Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce CRM systems, including Case Management and Sales/CPQ testing QA (Quality Assurance) Reltio Selenium JUnit Jira Jenkins Proficient in regression, smoke, and automation testing Skilled in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Hands-on experience with Reltio (Customer Master Data Management SaaS Platform) Strong knowledge of automation frameworks including JUnit, TestNG, and Selenium Familiarity with CI tools such as Ant, Maven, and Jenkins EEO Statement
