Description With over 37 years of cross-industry management consulting experience, DeWolff, Boberg & Associates has successfully provided services to a variety of clients worldwide and has conducted over 700 projects in 20 countries. Management Consultants gain exposure to Fortune 500 companies across various industries, working directly on the floor to coach frontline managers and supervisors in behavioral changes that drive sustainable performance and financial improvements. This position requires 100% weekly travel from Sunday to Friday to designated project locations. We focus on implementation and transformational change, delivering value by: Servicing client organizations to solve business issues, create value, and improve performance for sustainability Understanding client challenges and technologies to facilitate behavioral changes Analyzing data to guide organizational decision-making Identifying waste in resources and recommending operational improvements Discussing organizational shortcomings with clients to develop sustainable solutions Empowering frontline accountability through guidance and coaching Collaborating with leaders to enhance management behaviors Assisting with tool development and modification Fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts effectively Travel and Per Diem Travel reward points and air miles are personal property for use as preferred Weekend travel flexibility with company-paid options Pre-tax biweekly travel reimbursement for hotel stays at project sites Allowance for parking and transportation costs Benefits Competitive benefits package including options covering 100% of medical premiums Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, FSA, 401(k) Paid vacation, PTO, and holiday closure Career Advancement Opportunities for internal growth include a three-tier Consultant Career Track and a Project Manager track, with potential to advance to senior roles and ownership positions.
