Management Consultants gain exposure to Fortune 500 companies in various industries and work side by side, “on the floor”, coaching frontline managers and supervisors in behavioral changes that drive sustainable performance and financial improvements. Armed with training in our proven methodology and the knowledge gained as previous business leaders, Management Consultants customize solutions for our clients’ existing people, processes, and business environments to help them achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, quality, service, and profitability. This position requires 100% weekly, Sunday-Friday travel to designated project locations. We focus on implementation and transformational change and deliver value by: Professionally servicing client organizations to solve business issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve overall performance for sustainability. Quickly understanding client business challenges and technologies to grasp the environment for behavioral changes. Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data regarding key business drivers to present meaningful information using metrics and analytics to guide organizational decision-making. Understanding client resource utilization thoroughly to identify waste in time and resources, providing operational and performance improvement opportunities. Discussing business and organizational shortcomings openly, respectfully, and professionally with clients to provide valuable feedback and influence sustainable solutions. Empowering frontline accountability by guiding clients through self-exploration of their business segments and staff utilization. Collaborating daily with frontline leaders to improve leadership and management behaviors. Coaching clients to approach business issues proactively, exuding confidence to improve behaviors and process efficiencies. Assisting with tool building and modifications. Fostering teamwork and unity among project team members, resolving conflicts positively, and working effectively together to ensure success. Travel and Per Diem Travel reward points and air miles earned are personal and can be used as preferred. Weekend travel flexibility with company-paid companion flights or accommodations. Pre-tax biweekly travel reimbursement per diem for working at a client site with hotel stay. Pre-tax allowance for parking and transportation to and from home airport. Career progression includes a three-tier Consultant Track and a Project Manager Track, with opportunities to advance from Senior Consultant to Project Manager, and further to Chief of Operations or Shareholder positions. Professional Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of direct supervision and management experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Engineering industries. Ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate collaboration across teams. Strong analytical, business acumen, leadership, and facilitation skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to pass background, criminal, financial/credit, and drug screening.
