Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering an inclusive team culture. Uphold health and safety regulations proactively, promoting a culture of safety awareness. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance, provide reports, and recommend improvements. Encourage open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred). 1+ years of operations experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred). 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
