Certified Payroll Compliance Coordinator We are seeking a Certified Payroll Compliance Coordinator to manage compliance, record‑keeping, and reporting for Clayco’s construction projects. The role involves using LCP Tracker and Textura to ensure certified payroll requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Set up projects requiring certified payrolls in LCP Tracker.

Contact subcontractors for company information and add them in LCP Tracker.

Monitor LCP Tracker reports, address subcontractor issues, and troubleshoot questions.

Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely and complete reporting.

Maintain organized records of payroll documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

Communicate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies or missing information.

Help monitor progress against business enterprise class goals and escalate concerns where needed.

Set up certified payroll compliance in Textura for jobs requiring LCP Tracker.

Provide weekly updates in Textura for subcontractors compliant in LCP Tracker.

Update the Subcontractor Log for LCP Tracker noncompliance.

Requirements

Experience with construction certified payroll and/or LCP Tracker is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
