Daily Responsibilities
Manage profitability by controlling expenses, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
Recruit, interview, and hire team members and managers.
Coach and train staff to ensure operational excellence.
Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly.
Maintain cleanliness and provide a friendly, high-quality guest experience.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Additional Compensation Info Starting salaries vary by location, with ranges such as:
Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
New York: $55,000 - $60,000
New York City: $65,000 - $70,000
Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
