Manage profitability by controlling costs, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports. Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs. Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly. Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure friendly, high-quality guest experiences. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
