(GMP or HVAC) Overview: The Maintenance Technician is tasked with ensuring the proper functioning of various systems and equipment within a facility. This position entails performing routine maintenance, trouble-shooting issues, and conducting repairs to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards. The Maintenance Technician collaborates closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Perform Routine Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and building systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and Repair : Diagnose issues with equipment and systems and execute re-pairs promptly and efficiently. Preventative Maintenance : Implement and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements. Collaboration : Coordinate and communicate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support overall facility operations. Perform other related duties as required. Engage with various vendors and property maintenance teams as needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders when repair/maintenance requires coordination across multiple departments. Qualifications: Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or certification in maintenance or related fields is preferred. Experience : A

minimum of 2 years of experience

in maintenance or related roles is essential. Work Environment : Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced multitasking setting. Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in performing basic lab equipment maintenance, such as oiling pumps and defrosting cold storage units. Preferred Experience: Previous experience working in a clean room and under

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

is desirable. Familiarity with HVAC systems

is advantageous. Flexibility : Willingness to work

occasional off-hours
