Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to work in other areas as needed. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions and mass productions, account for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, manage inventory, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving orders, training, and ensuring product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage their use. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting in purchasing decisions, handling payments, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Represent the brand, inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented manner, and help navigate roadblocks and training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; uphold the Open Door Policy and apply these in daily business processes. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; manage priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.
