Miami, FL | Customer Service Representative – Full Time. This is an in-person role based in Miami. We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our clients face-to-face at live events and retail activations. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, welcoming them, answering questions, and ensuring they have a great experience. If you have a background in retail, hospitality, or customer service, you’ll thrive here and if you don’t, we’ll train you from the ground up. Responsibilities
