ProSidian Seeks a Senior Level Benefits Coordinator | Benefits Coordinator [COC0055054] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Seeking Senior Level Benefits Coordinator candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Benefits Coordinator Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee payroll team and daily payroll processing. Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures. Audit payroll records and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with HR and finance for benefits, deductions, and tax compliance. Prepare reports for audits and budget planning. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR, or related field preferred. 5+ years payroll experience, including supervisory responsibility. Skills

Leads payroll system upgrades and process improvements. Serves as liaison during external payroll audits. Other Details
