Seeking Entry Level Procurement Specialist candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Procurement Specialist Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Responsibilities and Duties
Process purchase orders and requisitions. Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules. Maintain procurement records. Qualifications
1–3 years purchasing or administrative experience. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; associate’s preferred. Skills Required
Organization, vendor communication, MS Office. Competencies Required
Accuracy, reliability, customer service orientation. Ancillary Details Of The Roles
May assist with inventory tracking. Prepares basic bid comparison summaries. Other Details
