Position Overview

The Replenishment Manager plays a critical role in managing end-to-end supply chain processes for clients across Walmart (Stores, 1P, and Walmart Marketplace 3P) and Sam’s Club. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, proactive execution, and a customer-first mentality. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to optimize inventory levels and product flow across physical and digital shelves. As a supply chain expert and client-facing lead, you will support omnichannel execution and business growth by improving forecast accuracy, ensuring product availability, and driving overall supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between client supply chain teams and Walmart/Sam’s Club replenishment managers. Manage item-level forecasts, order flow, and inventory health across multiple categories and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve in-stock issues, minimize out-of-stocks, and avoid overstock conditions. Monitor and analyze replenishment KPIs such as Weeks of Supply (WOS), in-stock percentage, forecast accuracy, and order fill rates. Partner with demand planning and client sales teams to align replenishment strategies with business plans and promotional calendars. Manage inventory and replenishment for Walmart 1P and 3P models, understanding flow, lead times, and visibility across channels. Deliver routine and ad hoc performance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across 1P and 3P inventory flows. Support integration of item availability across brick-and-mortar and online platforms, aligning demand forecasting, capacity planning, and channel-specific fulfillment models. Operations & Supply Chain Strategy

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within supply chain operations. Manage new item setup, modular transitions, and supply chain readiness for promotions and events. Provide operational insight during line reviews, product transitions, and seasonal resets. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of supply chain issues, including DC constraints, shipping delays, or system errors. Walmart Connect Coordination

Develop an understanding of Walmart Connect media campaigns and their implications on inventory planning and promotional volume needs. Partner with digital marketing and retail teams to ensure operational readiness for increased demand tied to media support. Client & Retailer Interface

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to enhance supply chain performance and retail execution. Prepare and present weekly/monthly operations scorecards and business reviews. Establish strong relationships with Walmart/Sam’s Club replenishment and merchant teams. Serve as a subject matter expert on Walmart and Sam’s Club retail-specific reporting tools (e.g., Scintilla, SupplierOne, Madrid). Experience and Education

Required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 5+ years (Manager) / 7+ years (Sr. Manager) of experience in CPG supply chain, preferably supporting Walmart or Sam’s Club. Strong knowledge of Walmart Retail Link and Sam’s Club MADIX/IMMAP systems. Experience working with retailer replenishment systems (e.g., GRS, Retail Link’s OSA, Demand Forecasting tools). Proven track record of reducing out-of-stocks, improving forecast accuracy, and managing inventory health. Excellent analytical and Excel skills; ability to work with large datasets. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels. Preferred Prior experience within a broker, agency, or supplier to Walmart/Sam’s Club. Familiarity with EDI systems, supply chain metrics platforms, or advanced forecasting tools. Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools. Lean/Six Sigma or supply chain certification a plus. Why You’ll Succeed
