The Position – Project Coordinator We are seeking a project coordinator with a comprehensive understanding of project management in the electrical, construction or a related field. The ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects, effectively communicate with internal project team members, contractors and clients. Ideally, a great candidate will have an understanding and appreciation of project accuracy, needs, timelines and budgets. Other duties include coordinating with subcontractors and clients and internal team members, project documentation, tracking budgets and schedules. Computer application proficiency and professional communication skills along with the ability to prioritize are vital to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator (but are not limited to)
Project support:
Assist with planning, scheduling, and budget tracking from project initiation to completion.
Documentation management:
Create and maintain project files, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
Communication hub:
Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Scheduling and logistics:
Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate material deliveries, and track project progress to identify and resolve issues.
Compliance and safety:
Assist in ensuring project work adheres to regulations and project specifications.
Financial administration:
Assist with project bidding, prepare estimates, track project costs, and manage invoicing.
Qualifications
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and industry standards.
Adaptability and the ability to resolve problems.
Experience with project management software and documentation systems.
Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external contractors.

Pay: Competitive Salary and comprehensive benefits package
Bonuses: Pay for performance bonuses paid quarterly (based on the profitability of the company and role dependent)

7 days Paid Time Off (PTO) (includes both vacation and sick time); employees receive 12 days of PTO after 5 years of service, plus.
