Overview We are seeking a motivated

Customer Support Representative

with a background in

insurance and annuities

to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have

1–2 years of customer support experience , strong communication skills, and proficiency in

Salesforce CRM . This role requires working closely with clients to resolve inquiries, provide policy and product support, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional customer support for insurance and annuity products.

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and CRM system, ensuring accurate issue resolution.

Use Salesforce CRM to manage cases, track interactions, and update customer records.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure follow-up.

Assist customers with policy information, transaction requests, and general product guidance.

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

1–2 years of customer support experience (insurance and annuity background required).

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for case management and customer interaction tracking.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days onsite in Hartford, CT).

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of insurance/annuity products and terminology.

Experience in contract-to-hire or fast-paced support environments.

Duration: Long-term contract with potential for hire.
