Associate Clinical Supplies Manager –

Position Summary Catalent, Inc. is a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) dedicated to delivering unparalleled service to pharma, biotech, and consumer health customers. The role is a full‑time salaried position that led under the guidance of the Clinical Supply Managers/Senior Clinical Supply Managers/Regional Manager CSM. The Associate Clinical Supplies Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing clinical supply chain activities and driving cross‑functional deliverables. Responsibilities include timely planning, accurate forecasting, managing investigational supplies for all trial phases, and participating in clinical supply calls and training of team members.
The Role
Translate clinical study protocol requirements into demand for drug product within a clinical study.
Create initial study drug projections and supply plans for clinical supply needs, supporting multiple drug campaigns.
Re‑forecast clinical supplies based on strategy changes (enrollment, site number, new countries) to anticipate supply forecast impact.
Develop supply plans requiring multiple packaging campaigns due to limited drug life or limited study drug availability.
Provide input to IRT specification design, recommending threshold levels to avoid stock outs while optimizing supply usage.
Manage drug supply quantities for distribution to designated warehouses and depots throughout study.
Provide budget estimates to support client quotations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a science, supply chain, or related discipline.
Minimum one year of relevant industry experience.
Understanding of ICH, GCP, CFR, EMA GMP and GDP Guidelines; solid grasp of GMP.
Experience with MS Office, especially MS Project and Excel.
Global logistics experience/understanding related to supply chains, import/export, and drug depot management.
Ability to sit, stand, walk regularly, and lift 0–15 pounds occasionally.
