Packaging Coordinator – Catalent
Join Catalent, a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) focused on delivering life‑enhancing therapies. This full‑time, 100% onsite position is based in Kansas City, MO and operates Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
Role Overview
Ensure packaging job readiness by coordinating with storage facility, label control, and quality assurance personnel for packaging material and component requests.
Prepare packaging batch record documentation in compliance with SOPs and cGMP.
Accurately review packaging batch records prior to the packaging process to ensure processing instructions are followed according to SOPs.
Perform adjustments in the inventory system to accurately reflect packaging job activities.
Ensure that any corrections to the packaging batch record are completed accurately.
Report deviations from packaging instructions or procedures to management to maintain high‑quality standards.
Complete all other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing batch record review highly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical trial packaging or related pharmaceutical operations experience preferred.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Inventory Systems, SharePoint, and Citrix.
