Description: You’re made ready for new challenges and opportunities to stretch yourself! In this role, you are responsible for assisting our Lending team as we promote our Student Lending products. You will help reach out to customers as well as manage the increased volume of applications through inbound calls. Most importantly, you will deliver an exceptional experience for all our customers that you interact with. Primary Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to customers to inform them of our product Handle incoming calls and provide guidance Respond to incoming calls from customers already in process Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Customer Service Experience Ability to use Microsoft Office Previous Sales or Call Center experience is also a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Other Characteristics Include
Positive attitude and high energy level A 'Can-do Attitude' and the ability to think 'Outside the Box' Team player; able to work with minimal supervision Ability to learn and share new concepts quickly Ability to articulate what we have to offer our existing or potential customers Training
