Operations Manager Location: Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities

Passionate commitment to an elevated member experience through friendly and approachable interactions, actively listening to member needs and providing clear responses.

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Service team staff, including kids club, front desk, and janitorial staff.

Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

Provide constructive feedback to staff, using specific language to highlight strengths and improvement areas.

Ensure high‑quality customer service by addressing member concerns, managing membership inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, proper certifications, and safety protocols.

Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.

Partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing teams to improve gym performance and uphold brand standards.

Monitor and order inventory such as fitness equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products.

Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions, providing necessary instructions to ensure safety.

Qualifications

2–3 years of operations management experience.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with employees, management, and vendors.

3–4 years of customer service experience.

Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.

Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough problem‑solving approach; good time management, organization, and record‑keeping skills.

Excellent MS Office skills.

Requirements

Must successfully pass a background check.

CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.

Must be intimately knowledgeable and up to date on all current company policies and SOPs.

Ability to work in a gym setting, moving about club floors and rooms; communicating with employees, members, and the public.

Ability to access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from databases or email systems.

Ability to bend, stretch, and lift more than 40 lbs. routinely.

Salary & Compensation $58,686—$65,000 USD per annum.
