Responsibilities
Lead advanced analyses utilizing healthcare authorization, claims, and membership data to identify cost drivers and utilization trends
Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations based on analytical insights
Design and implement standardized analytical frameworks to enhance efficiency and consistency across teams
Develop regulatory and ad hoc reporting strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business needs
Create high-impact presentations and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex findings to executive and client audiences
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health)
5+ years of analytics and reporting experience in healthcare, including medical economics and cost/utilization analysis
2+ years in a lead or management role overseeing multiple team members
5+ years of SQL and SAS programming experience with large healthcare datasets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience presenting actionable business insights to client executives and internal leadership
Familiarity with value-based care models and utilization management frameworks
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
