KPS Global, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Texas. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability within the Food Retail and C-Store markets. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a list of target customers, segmenting and prioritizing high-value targets, and gaining access to decision-makers at these accounts. You will lead the proposal process for competitive bids and collaborate with internal multi-functional resources to pitch new business effectively.

Your role will also involve developing and implementing both short-term and long-range plans for business development, tracking selling activity and customer data with CRM sales tools, and facilitating the transition of converted accounts to the appropriate account manager. You will provide real-time voice-of-customer feedback to management and contribute to product launches and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating collaboration, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in business analysis and financial management, effective negotiation and presentation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. This role offers a competitive annual salary and does not include a per diem.
