Job Title: Contracts Consultant
Green Powered Technology (GPTech) is seeking a
Contracts Consultant
to support the Contracts and Pricing team in managing active contracts with USAID and other US government agencies. The role involves contributing to pricing and new business efforts. This position reports to the Director of Contracts and Pricing (CaP). Responsibilities:
Manage active contracts, including reviewing contract documents, assessing risks, assisting with negotiations, providing guidance on contract terms, and drafting communications with clients. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status and issues. Review and support budget realignments and proposal pricing efforts. Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with FAR and other regulations. Maintain organized and audit-ready contract documentation. Perform other Contracts and Pricing duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in USG contracts management. Deep knowledge of federal contract types, CFR, FAR, CAS compliance, and agency-specific regulations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Slack and Asana experience preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Additional Details:
