About Jackson Wealth Management
At
Jackson Wealth Management , we are not simply managing assets — we are helping high-achieving clients chart a course toward clarity, confidence, and long‑term success. As an independent fiduciary advisory firm with more than 30 years of experience, we serve a select group of executives, business owners, and successful families. Our proprietary

planning framework organizes complex financial lives into clear, actionable strategies. Combined with advanced tax planning through
Holistiplan , our process consistently demonstrates measurable, fee‑worthy value that helps clients reduce inefficiencies, simplify decisions, and stay on track toward their life goals. We believe true wealth management goes beyond investments—it’s about stewardship, intentionality, and disciplined execution. About the Opportunity
We are seeking a high‑caliber, entrepreneurial‑mindful professional who wants to build—not just work in—a practice. This is not a transactional sales role or an entry‑level position. It’s a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and eventually lead within a successful and growing independent firm that prioritizes long‑term relationships and exceptional client outcomes. While there may be a pathway that begins as a salaried employee or associate advisor, our long‑term vision is to identify and mentor a future business partner and potential successor who embodies our mission, values, and professional standards. The ideal candidate will be driven, disciplined, and passionate about building deep, consultative client relationships. You’ll have access to the firm’s full infrastructure—including tools, processes, mentorship, and back‑office support—enabling you to focus on growth and delivering value to our clients. What Makes This Opportunity Different
Partnership Mindset:
We’re not hiring an employee; we’re cultivating a collaborator. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership or succession‑track role. Client‑First Philosophy:
We take pride in being viewed as consultants, not salespeople. Our mission is to deliver consistent, actionable, and fee‑worthy value through every client interaction. Mentorship and Resources:
You’ll receive direct mentorship from our Founder and Chief Investment Strategist,
Brent Jackson , who has over 30 years of experience guiding clients and building a thriving firm. Purpose‑Driven Process:
Our
Chart Your Course™
financial planning framework helps clients organize their financial lives on a single page—identifying gaps, aligning priorities, and creating a timeline for success. Tax Planning Expertise:
Through
Holistiplan , we proactively model and implement tax strategies that help clients reduce their largest single expense—taxes—creating measurable impact. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will evolve with your experience, licensing, and demonstrated initiative. You’ll begin by supporting client engagement and planning initiatives, with the goal of progressing toward a client‑facing advisory role. Support the preparation and follow‑up for client strategy and tax planning meetings. Assist in building

tax scenarios and analyzing opportunities to improve client outcomes. Contribute to developing and maintaining

one‑page action plans for clients. Participate in team meetings to review client strategies, planning outcomes, and service enhancements. Conduct research and analysis on investment strategies, portfolios, and market insights. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients through follow‑up and service excellence. Assist with documentation, data organization, and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to elevate client experience and firm processes. Pursue required FINRA and state licensing (SIE, Series 7, 66, and Life & Health) within a structured, supported timeline. Who We’re Looking For
Be entrepreneurial and self‑motivated, with a passion for building meaningful relationships. Possess a strong work ethic and disciplined follow‑through. Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills. Have a deep respect for the fiduciary standard and a commitment to ethical client service. Understand that true success comes from delivering fantastic value and consistent service—not aggressive sales tactics. Embrace accountability, personal growth, and continuous improvement. Demonstrate long‑term thinking and alignment with Jackson Wealth Management’s mission and culture. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Accounting, or a related field. Current or pending FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, 66) and Ohio Life & Health preferred but not required. Experience in wealth management, tax strategy, or financial planning a plus. High proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial planning software, and CRM systems. Demonstrated leadership experience or entrepreneurial initiative. Compensation and Growth
We believe a high‑caliber professional should command a generous compensation package commensurate with their contribution and growth potential. Competitive base salary or draw. Performance‑based incentives. Revenue‑sharing opportunities. Licensing and continuing education reimbursement. Clear progression toward partnership or succession‑track consideration. As you grow your impact and client relationships, your compensation and career path will grow accordingly. Training and Support
Financial support for coursework, materials, and instruction related to required licensing. Mentorship from senior advisors, including personalized development plans. Exposure to real client cases, tax planning, and strategic portfolio design. A disciplined structure with clear accountability and measurable milestones. This combination of mentorship, structure, and opportunity creates one of the shortest on‑ramps to success in wealth management for the right individual. How to Apply

has built Jackson Wealth Management into one of Northwest Ohio’s most respected independent advisory firms. As the firm continues to grow, we are expanding our team with individuals who share our passion for service, precision, and long‑term client success.
