Role As a Shift Lead, you will have the opportunity to embrace a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart and soul of our company, and we believe our people are the recipe for success. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
Gaining valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
Getting hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
Developing a diverse range of skills to grow yourself and others.

Qualifications
Some high school education
Some operations experience preferred
Local food safety requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s expense
Work Environment & ADA Statement This role involves working in hot, noisy kitchens with limited space, requiring standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
