Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Operations Manager

to support the

Director of Operations

in managing daily business operations across

wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels . This role will oversee execution, ensure service level compliance, and maintain smooth coordination with 3PL providers, internal teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple channels, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance tactical execution with cross-functional communication. Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Operations Manage wholesale order processing, ensuring compliance with account routing guides and EDI requirements. Experience with Majors (Wholesale) Vendor Portals (Saks, NM, Nordstrom, BLM, etc) and maintenance. Experience with b2b wholesale platforms like Nuorder/Joor Portal Coordinate with sales, planning, and logistics teams to align inventory availability with wholesale demand. Monitor account-level performance, resolving chargeback risks or shipping issues proactively. Support b2b vendor compliance initiatives to meet wholesale partner standards. Account Management (charging credit cards, b2b relationships) Create SOP and Guidelines Retail Operations Oversee store, pop-up, activations, replenishment, and allocations, ensuring accurate and timely stock distribution. Partner with merchandising and planning teams to prepare for weekly launches, promotions, and in-store activations. Manage operational communication between retail locations and distribution/3PL partners. Track store-level inventory reporting, ensuring accuracy between systems and physical counts. Oversee store operations support, including ordering supplies, managing devices, and coordinating with vendors on hardware/software needs. Update and Maintain SOP and Guidelines eCommerce Operations Oversee DTC order fulfillment, returns processing, and escalations in partnership with 3PL. Monitor shipping timelines, delivery performance, and last-mile carrier performance. Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure operational readiness for promotions, product launches, and peak seasons. Track and report on key eCommerce KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, return rates, etc.). Collaboration with the Customer Service Manager to improve SOPs, scripts, and escalation paths. Partner with CS and logistics to quickly resolve fulfillment, shipping, and returns issues. Provide customer insights to the Director of Operations to drive continuous improvement in service and fulfillment. Oversee outbound orders and inbound returns for cost savings Update and Maintain SOP and Guidelines Qualifications

3–5+ years of operations or supply chain experience in

wholesale, retail, and/or eCommerce . Strong knowledge of

3PL/WMS/ERP systems, EDI workflows, Shopify Plus, Dept Store Vendor Portals, inventory management

and tech stack. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Good project management skills and cross-functional SOP process creation. Preferred Skills

Experience in

omnichannel retail operations . Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Wholesale Ability to thrive in a
